I have had the honor to receive your
Grace's Despatch N.4 of the 18th July last enclosing a cover from the Governor of British Guiana from the Governor and the Colonial Land and Emigration Commissioners on the subject of the Ship "Royal George"; dispatched from this Colony to British Guiana with Chinese Emigrants in December last, and expressing the wish to receive any information I might be able to obtain with reference to the dispatch of that Ship.
